   I've spent the last 2 years in fortnightly physio at a different clinic, and have seen at least 4 different physios now with a dodgy shoulder. I've been given countless different diagnosis, prescribed hours of tedious exercises and endured countless awful sports massages but long term nothing helped. I lost faith in my old physio after spending a grand total of almost £5k there, only to be left with the same ongoing niggly issue. 3 SESSIONS with Mike and I've had no pain for a month (and it was 99% better after 2 sessions). If it hadn't happened to me, I'd say it was bull. Mike (accurately) pinpointed the problem straight away, gave suggested adjustments to my gym training and sensible, practical advice on management alongside easy to incorporate exercises. It's such a revelation to be truly pain free after all this time, I'm positively evangelical about it. I wasn't sure I'd ever get back to truly pain free after all this time. Thanks so much Mike - Hope to never see you again - no offence ;)
