Don't waste your time. Me and Brother in law went in, I bought a WII U game and he bought a PSP one. We checked, and they stated everything is tested to make sure it works. We were away for the night, got home, and neither of the games even boot. Completely broken. Called the store and they said 'we cant do anything, and you can't return them.' Wont be shopping in this scummy shop again.
Always been helpful gave extra time on my items when they didn’t have to but went out of their way to give the extra time needed to pay so to me that is looking after the client and putting profits second great staff doing a hard job respect goes out to all staff who work there
Ordered a keyboard online from this store back in March and then paid separate postage afterwards, hoping it would arrive before I went travelling. It didn't come within those 2 and a half weeks. I'm now back, 5 months later, no keyboard ever turned up to my mother's house and they're telling me I already collected it in store shortly after the purchase way back in March! Yet they can't tell me the date and time that it was collected! Clearly they have a snakey employee or two. I will be reporting them to head office. On the phone the employee would ask me a question and then cut me off mid sentence before I finished an explanation. Was then misquoting information I'd given her and consequently then saying their were inconsistencies in my story. She clearly wrote a miniscule amount of what I was telling her down. An absolute joke.
Bought a gaming pc from this shop a few months back & it has been perfect, I've had 0 issues with it up to now. The staff were really helpful in knowing all the information about the computer to see if it was suitable for what i wanted it for. I would buy from here again.
