    Nice modern flats

Absolutely terrible place. Do not rent here. Alarms go off quite noisily at night. Electricity is managed by an external company, Data Energy, that has incredibly high costs. You have no control about that and cannot challenge it. You have no autonomy to change provider. The estate agency will not inform you of that and will NOT help you if you need assistance, as they do not know anything about the property and just protect their own interest. Rubbish accumulates in outside spaces. Front door has broken down 5 or 6 times in a year. Please, keep looking. It is a lucrative business for the landlord, but quite a trap for the tenants. Most of the agencies that rent these flats out, such as Connells , have a terrible customer service with tenants and will press you unlawfully to extend your tenancy unnecessarily for at least 6 months, rather than letting you go into a periodic rolling contract . Watch out for these traps, and challenge what they tell you. Highly discouraged to rent here.

Don’t move here. Letting agents don’t tell you that you can’t have normal broadband, you’ve got to go with a fibre provider you’ve never heard of. They also don’t tell you that your energy is done through a 3rd party called Ginger Energy, you have absolutely no option to change. Then the building management company, Centrick, are fairly useless. They don’t care about the front and rear doors regularly breaking even when you report it but they’ll regularly get the grass out the back cut while you're trying to work from home though! The broken doors lead to groups of teenagers roaming through the corridors now and again which is nice. A lot of the people that live here also don’t treat it like their home for some completely odd reason. Rubbish is often left on the stairs or the back door or by the bins but not in them (why?!). Only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is that I actually like the inside of my 2 bed apartment, can’t complain about that really, and I’ve got 2 parking spaces.

Bad place to live in. People making that place terrible. I could say it’s council estate. Lots of drunk people in building, always lost parcels. Heating is so expensive. You can’t choose you’re own provider of electricity in this building, also broadbands providers are limited and probably you never heard about them before. Flats looks lovely and it’s a good view from windows, but that’s it.

Delivered there . Not easy access from car park, especially when you have heavy items to deliver. Then it's a maze to get to downstairs flats.

Not a good place to live expensive, neighbors are noisy and if you rent the letting agents will not advise you of the bad things like if the power goes of you lose all amenities like water and heating. There is only one lift test is not adequate for the purpose and breaks down all the time and does not get fixed Untill a week or more has passed. Plus the toilet pumping station breaks down all the time, creating a rather rancid smell through out the whole building. There is no car parking for visitors and you get tickets if you do not have a parking permit. So I tell you do not live there.
