I would just like to say a very big thank you to Simone and all of the staff. I have used Cash converters for years now but never have I received the kind of service that I received last week. I purchased a phone which turned out to be faulty nothing that they could have done beforehand would have found out that there was a problem but once it was pointed out to them they went above and beyond to ensure that I got another unit and to ensure that it was perfectly working before I went back to pick it up the amount of effort they put into ensuring that I had a very positive experience was unbelievable so to all the staff at Cash converters in Oldham thank you from the bottom of my heart a really big thank you you will definitely see me in there again
I wrote a review and couldn’t find it,so here’s another one. I was just in today to buy a laptop ,I came in with my 2year old boy and I was attended to by Simone,She was so kind,so gentle with us.She answered all my questions and gave me so much info about laptops and which one was suited for my work.I was and still in awe of her knowledge on laptops.She is literally the best and I am happy she attended to me.My 2years old was all over the place and Simone had to sit on the floor to attend to us,this is someone that enjoys what they do .Thank you Simone. Manager promised a price for gold. When I took some in , she then offered a lot less money trying to rip me off. Happened again , refused to give area managers phone number to complain.. Avoid go alternatives they are honest.
They didn’t sell games that l wanted but it was alright l bought 4 games
Just called up to sell an Xbox series x with elite two pad both less then 12 months old with receipts etc that cost me £ 585, they offered me £220 for it with the pad rip off stay well away !
