Appears loyalty and being a good paying customer doesn’t go far with this company made the last 12 months hell for me paid all my loan off on time every time to now be told I HAVE TO FIND another bank account for my child benefit an I HAVE TO call them to sort this. Regret ever getting involved avoid at all costs
