I first went to Steve in February after getting two misdiagnoses from other physios for a shoulder injury that had been causing me pain. Steve figured out straight away I had torn my left trap and clearly showed me/talked me through physio exercises to get me back lifting. With the IWF Youth World Champs that April I was unsure if id have to drop out. Thanks to Steve, I ended up going pain-free and even hitting a PB clean&jerk and total! I haven't seen another physio since, couldn't recommend him more!

Steve is a phenomenal physio. He has worked absolute wonders rehabbing my shoulder after surgery last year. By helping me make small steps of progress each session, I am finally confident I will make a full recovery and will be able to get back playing sport and doing the things I enjoy pain-free.
