I think this place has shut down. There hasn't been a permanent Manager for a few years and the 2 members of staff that stayed on after Covid were trying their best but didn't have the right support from the owner. The website is still taking bookings but as others have said, the place is permanently dark and no-one ever picks up the phone or calls back.
Booked a haircut online twice last month, deposit was taken but when I got there, the place was closed. No notice or courtesy call to advise they weren’t open. Left voicemail but not had any response. If they are no longer operational they really need to take the online bookings system off as you are able to book apts and get charged a deposit payment
Never answers the phone. Place seems dead too. Ive tried calling them at different times and no answer. Went to the location and its dark... seems like the place has shut down
Disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I booked online appointment for two services,paid deposit. The staff charged me extra without checking their online system.
