   I recently had my first sports massage with Sara at Dewsbury Massage Therapy (Heckmondwike clinic), and it was exactly what I needed. I came in feeling extremely tight with some stubborn knots, and Sara worked her magic with skill and precision. Her technique was excellent—firm where needed but always professional and controlled. Sara clearly knows her stuff. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and quickly identified the areas that needed attention. By the end of the session, I felt so much looser and more mobile—it made a real difference. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon. Highly recommend Sara to anyone in need of a proper, effective massage.

   So far I have had 5 treatments with Sara, a mixture of deep massage and Rossiter. I can honestly say that after 20 years of back problems both upper and lower, trying various other treatments, Sara is the best! I used to suffer headaches on a daily basis due to my upper back and neck problems and now I am headache free! She is really invested in getting you pain free and I have every confidence she'll be able to do the same with my lower back. Thanks Sara

   Sara is amazing!!! Having experienced months of pain and only having had only one in-person physio appointment via the NHS, I was consigned to having to have a steroid injection with no offer of any manipulation treatment. The pain from my frozen shoulder prevented me from putting my hand even fractionally behind me, I couldn’t raise my arm above 90 degrees to the front, and was unable to apply any downward pressure to do something as simple as fasten my seatbelt. The pain was constant and sleep was severely impacted. It was a mess. In just ONE session I was out of constant pain. In three sessions I had 90% of my movement back. And after half a dozen sessions, a mix of Rossiter and massage, I had complete pain free movement (and an improved back), without the need for the invasive and damaging steroid injection advocated by the NHS. Sara offers a broad range of services and really cares about getting the results that you want, whether that’s pain relief, improved movement or relaxation. Highly recommended!
