   I’ve visited the salon many times, but this was my first time getting waxing and a facial and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! Because of Gurwinder. She was incredibly professional and truly brilliant at what she does. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! My skin feels so fresh and glowing after the treatment. I was so impressed that I returned for a nail service shortly after. Even though the salon’s closing time is 6 PM, she patiently stayed back to complete my service without rushing. I was genuinely touched by her dedication and professionalism. She is truly an asset to your business — amazing job and exceptional service!

   I did a facial with Gurbinder and she was really amazing. It was a very good experience and she even did massage on my back shoulder, arms and hands while the mask was on my face. It was a really good experience and i will definitely come back again for this.

   The staff are always pleasant here and my shopping partner is always served quickly...as a walk in... It is very reasonably priced here.. Recently: I had a pedicure here. £25. I don't know if that's good but my feet went into water 4 times. It was more painful than I expected...when filing my nails I felt the skin below was being sawn through and cuticle maintenence felt like I was being cut a few times. Finished result was good, but might try somewhere else next time.

   Went for eyebrow threading and tinting, they came out as uneven. The lady said they're uneven because of my eyebrow shape. It has never happened to me before, I've had my eyebrows done many time in London and they always come out perfect and even, so I think it was the threading that made them messed up in the beginning. I'm so disappointed. The lady suggested me to come back so she can reshape the tint, but I didn't trust her do it properly so I just hope the tint fades out and my brows grow back fast :( The first picture is from today, the second picture is from my normal brows that I used to have before. I really don't understand how it came out so bad.

   I would like to say a big thank you to the the staff who work at Nipa’s beauty. I always go to Nipa’s beauty to do my eyebrows as they have never let me down. I very much recommend coming here. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I have never had an issue and always come out the shop happy.

   I came on my lunch break and I only had 30’mins for my lunch. The staff member said she was going on lunch and was on her own and could no do my waxing. She was the only staff member on sight no other staff members at all. She was turning away other staff members and was not answer the phone even when it was ringing so many times

   First time I went here for eyebrows threading. It pained a lot which I literally did not like. Asked to apply some gel or cream they refused. The place was not ver clean. They need to maintain hygiene to run a beauty salon. A bit disappointing.
