   Auditorium not cleaned before film started, it was disgusting. Staff were uninterested, and clearly put out when we brought it to their attention. I wish films came straight to pay-per-view.

   Smelt like gym changing room, why are there stains on the floor , screen are too small, last time I went here was 2006, now in 2025 I thought it’d be better and new, no seems like they’ve kept it the same, these kind of seats should be no more than 5 pound per ticket but low behold they charge 15 - 18 quid.. even 5 pounds are not worth it as the seats are not comfortable for your back and they’re foldable, even premier seats were rubbish. Sticking to odeon broadway Birmingham and West Bromwich

   Bought our tickets from a lovely staff member named Shannon. Incredibly hilarious and kind person who took the time to have a really nice chat with me and my parents. Really went the extra mile and just wanted to leave a review so they can hopefully get some recognition. The movie was alright too.

   Most disgusting cinema I’ve ever been to. I don’t expect much but your seats are embarrassing, they’re torn and dirty. We came here with the kids and found it hard to actually get ourselves to sit and feel comfortable. With the prices you charge the least you could expect is a clean seat, they are literally black where your head rests. If you can’t afford to keep a clean and hygienic place rather close down. Horrible experience, highly suggest driving the extra couple miles and going somewhere else for a better experience.

   Went there last week with my Wife and elderly stepdad, unfortunately my stepdad had a nasty fall and had to have the paramedics out. All the staff were amazing and comforting at a worrying time. One person in particular stood out, this was Vijay. He was the first to come to our aid and stayed with us up until we left in the ambulance, even ensuring we could return again for free to watch the film as we didn’t make it into the screen. Thank you to all the staff, we will try again this weekend.

   Lobby was clean and tidy, toilets were not. Half of them had no locks and definitely needed a good clean. We were in screen 6 which has recliners and it was so cold. Normally had good experience before covid. Won't be going back in a hurry.

   Unbelievable. At £16 pound a ticket (and that's only for a standard seat) I'd expect there to be food/ a drink included. Extortion at its most blatant, especially considering other companies (namely Vue) manage to show the same films for a quarter the price. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend.

   Watched Black Panther which was brilliant. Had the recliner chairs and a very comfortable experience. The popcorn though was no where near sweet enough, almost the entire box was plain unsweetened corn. Definately not worth the £10 in paid for it with a drink.
