   Definitely not a unisex salon. I went in for a Gents haircut, 1 guard at the bottom and blended with a cut on top. Faded section itself was okay but the blend into the top hair was not good at all. Salon is described as unisex but hairdresser seemed not proficient/uncomfortable doing gents hair styles. For a sub-standard haircut, price is above market average. Staff themselves were lovely and welcoming, comfortable environment but recommend sticking to female hairdressing only.

   Had a haircut with Nina and she was cutting my hair as if she was in a rush. I asked specifically for my hair to be longer at the front and she’s cut it all the same length. Will take a few months for my hair to grow out for me to get it sorted out. Not impressed

   I took my girls to have their haircut last week and a junior stylist cut both my daughter’s hair and we were not impressed. The person who cut my girls hair cut it very uneven. We’ve been going there for sometime now and it’s been fine but this time this person ruined my girls hair.

   Had my hair coloured and cut here. My hair is pretty thick so it was quite a mission but Ellie did the best job and all the other girls also pitched in to help out! Cut was also fab and everyone was lovely the whole 5 or so hours that I was there. I've never had so many compliments!

   This was my first time at U.D Hair & Beauty Lounge, I went on a recommendation from a friend and I wasn't disappointed at all. The team were very friendly & the salon had a nice chilled vibe, not intimidating like some. I felt very at ease and Fleur was great! She did an amazing job on my knotted mass of hair, I walked out feeling like a new woman! Oh and the tunes were right up my street, a massive bonus! I would definitely recommended U.D Hair and Beauty Lounge, thank you thank you thank you x

   As always a truly professional service from Molly who knows my hair so well now. She colours and styles it to perfection. Definitely a much needed revamp after lockdown and I am extremely pleased with today's results. Glad to see the salon open again.
