   I've always taken good care of my skin, but no matter how many serums I used, I started noticing volume loss in my cheeks and fine lines around my mouth. After doing a lot of research on anti-aging treatments, I finally decided to try face fillers plus lip fillers as I have very small lips and I’m honestly so glad I did. I went in for a consultation to Navi , she is qualified in aesthetic who explained everything about dermal fillers. She used a hyaluronic acid-based product to restore volume in my cheeks and smooth out my nasolabial folds and marionette lines to take off the droopy smile and she put some filler in lips to make it looks noticeable as my own lips are very small. She also put filler in my chin and worked on my lower face. The process was quick and surprisingly comfortable.If you're like me and looking for a non-surgical facelift alternative, I highly recommend considering facial fillers. I was back to work the next day. There was minimal swelling and no real downtime. It's been a few months since my treatment, and I still love the results. I feel more confident in photos and love how smooth and lifted my face looks. For anyone researching facial rejuvenation or non-invasive anti-aging treatments, fillers are 100% worth it and Navi is best aesthetician and she knows her job. She was really careful and helpful and she took her time to meet my satisfaction.

   Hi everyone! I have been in the retreat clinic to do an eyelash lift. The promise and the care was there but the result was inexistent! I didn’t have an eyelash lift! I paid £55 for an eyelash lift and didn’t get any even after following all the instructions that had been given in the paper! I had a flight the next day and so send them an email with the pictures of the inexistent eyelash received! I asked them to find a solution of either rerun me or give a service back for when I will be back but never received a response. So, when I come back I went to them by asking why they did not respond and their attitude was so disrespectful and they completely neglected that the problem was the service and they just started blaming me abound not following the process which actually has been done ! Before going to them I have done so many eyelash lift so I know what is the difference between having it done or not ! I want my money back or I actually will take this matter seriously and go to the police because I have been subject to a misleading treatment with no results promised ! Inside the clinic there is a man and a woman. The woman who did the treatment was ashamed but the man started responding back! Their products don’t do nothing and I am positive that no one goes to them this is why the clinic has been so empty! Do not go to do any service to them the customer service care is awful ! I am talking with you as a sister but if you want to waist your money, go and you will regret it!

   I m a regular customer, having tried different therapies and facials. Every single session is a fantastic experience. The team goes the extra mile, each time! New hair therapy! I m very impressed and pleased with the results, after having done 6 -8 sessions of mesotherapy microneedling. People told me they ve seen a difference where previously i had small bald areas and thinner hair. Fantastic service - extremely professional and hygienic!
