   I visited this salon for waxing and a haircut, and I’m really impressed with the service. The staff (jasleen) was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The waxing was done very smoothly, and my haircut was styled beautifully with attention to detail. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service ❤️❤️

   I had a back massage which was great! My blow-dry was a last min request whilst having the massage. The blow dry was ok, but that's more to do with my short & curly hair. This was my first visit to the salon, overall a positive experience.

   Made my right toe and left pinkie bleed and she asked whether or not I bleed easily because of my cuticles but when I usually get them done at a different nail bar, they never bleed and they correctly remove the cuticles so she had to skip the cuticle removal on my hands after she made my left pinkie bleed. The paint job was not up to standard at all. I’m not sure what cuticle oil she put at the end but it feels more like dried glue.

   I had a manicure and pedicure done by Nirali, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was gentle, attentive, and very professional throughout. I especially appreciated the precision with which she cleaned and shaped my cuticles, paying close attention to every detail. The whole process was relaxing, and the results are fantastic. I would highly recommend Nirali for anyone looking for excellent, detailed, and professional care.

   recently visited Arch beauty saloon and was completely blown away by the level of care, professionalism, and skill shown by the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. The ambience is relaxing, clean, and beautifully decorated – it’s the perfect escape from a busy day. I had a facial and a manicure, and both were done to perfection. The facial left my skin glowing, and the manicure lasted far longer than I expected without a single chip! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to understand my skin type and preferences, and recommended products that actually worked for me.    I had a beautiful haircut recently,the hairstylist took time and made sure all layers were perfect . I had visited the salon in the past and i wasn't happy with my hair cut but decided to give it another go and don't regret it. I will definitely return and have other services as well .

   My wife and daughter went here for a haircut. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We booked in advance but turned up a little bit early which wasn't a problem. Prices were very affordable and they were exceptional with my 2 year old daughter. Be sure to tell the hairdressers exactly what you want to make sure you don't come away with something you're not fully happy with. They have clear and open communication so you can tweak things as you go if you're not sure on lengths or styles. I have seen some review saying that they cut the hair too short or too long. That would generally be because you did not give them feedback whilst they were doing it to say. Could you cut a bit more off? My wife will be returning here for haircuts and beauty treatments and we cannot recommend it enough Simple to the best customer service

   Reena is very professional and holds great level of experience. I had my haircut with her twice and it has been excellent both the time. She suggests what suits my face, what is trending and listens well to my request too. The salon is super clean, relaxing recliner for wash, uses high quality products and efficient staff. Try for yourself and you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended.
