   Stay away if you are expecting a professional manicure! I have never had this terrible manicure. I had Shellac, which started coming off after a first hand wash. Cuticles looked worse than before the "manicure". The lady, who did it (did not introduces herself) should have some training as she clearly doesn't know how to do it.

   Always a fantastic service at Ruby's I've had facials waxing and nails done and I've always been very pleased with what they have done.. The nail technician came in on her day off so she could do my nails as I was travelling the following day for a holiday.. The ladies who work there and Ruby herself are very professional ,welcoming and friendly. I've been to other places In the surrounding area and this by far is the best , i wouldn't go anywhere else now ....

   It was an awful experience, I am very disappointed with their services. The staff here doesn't know how to welcome the customer also they just talk with each other regardless listening to the customer what they exactly need. I haven't seen any professionalism to be followed by any staff member. When I told them what exactly i needed the lady started making weird faces and replied " I know what I am doing and how to do it " like seriously? I would never ever visit this place again. It's just a friendly reminder to the owner to teach their staff how to treat the customer.

   I don't know what is the issue with staff here but they acted very rudely to me. They do not know the prices and when I asked them, staff mentioned to check it online as they do not know it. Not sure how they are going to bill me if they don't know the prices? Also I called them before visiting to get appointment and when I visited they said you have to book appointment. Not sure how they are running their business if this is how they treat their customers.

   Just got my Shellac done at Ruby’s Nails and Beauty for the first time and I love it. Their staff are friendly, they provide excellent customer service and it’s a lovely environment to get all beauty treatments done in. Would definitely recommend Ruby’s Nails and Beauty to family and friends.

   Just went to get my nails done with gel nail polish. The people are friendly,but the way she did my nails were very untidy. Not a steady arm for a nail artist. Not worth the money tbh.
