   I recently had a very disappointing experience at Norsworthys. I purchased a voucher for a hot stone massage in December 2023, because they were offering a 10% discount on vouchers and I was told it was valid for a year. The treatment was priced at £70 so with the discount offered I paid £63. When I turned up for my treatment and handed over the voucher I was told by the Manager I had to pay an extra £16, which took the total to £79, £9 more than what the treatment was originally worth in December 2023. I was quite baffled by this as I had a voucher for that specific treatment that was well within its expiration date, so I questioned it and was told it was because they had put their prices up. I paid the money and had my treatment but the more I thought about this, the more I didn’t feel it was right. I contacted the salon and after a lot of back and forth the Manager admitted this was a fault on their part, and that they will make sure it doesn’t happen again. I was not offered the £16 back, even though the Manager had admitted fault, so I asked if they would consider refunding me and that email was ignored. I sent another email to see if my previous one had been received and this was also ignored. Extremely disappointing customer service from Norsworthys and not how I would expect a salon to be run so I will not be returning.

   Had the best hour with Sammy today. I was booked in for a facial but my back arms and shoulders were aching from too much painting and decorating, sammy spent 1/2 hour massaging and half hour on my facial. I feel so much better thank you so much. Will definitely be going back. Friendly welcoming and adaptable.

   Always a pleasure to visit Magda and get my regular gel manicure and pedicure done along with some eyebrow and eyelash treatments. I’ve also had some very relaxing massages. Magda has a great personality and we always have a lovely chat. When she hasn’t been available I’ve had the same excellent service and experience from the other team members. Well done Sammy-Jo for a first class salon.

   Im a regular Norsworthy’s customer now as the back of body massage is so good! The therapists are so lovely and down to earth and so it’s very easy to ask/advise on pressure etc. Reasonably priced for the area and very easy booking system via their app.

   I regularly use Norsworthys and have done for years; I would not go anywhere else. The treatments are always expertly carried out and I've never had a complaint about a single one. I always feel relaxed the moment I walk through the door, and leave feeling even better. However what really makes Norsworthys stand out is the warmth and kind nature of Sammy-Jo, Magda, Kelly and Ellie. They are the dream team. They make you feel so at ease and are just wonderful. So lucky to have them in the village.
