   I had two separate appointments at this salon—one for a haircut and blow-dry, and another for a balayage. The first visit for the cut and styling was great. The staff were kind, professional, and really made me feel comfortable. The haircut and blow-dry turned out beautifully, and I left feeling very happy with the result. On a different day, I returned for a balayage, and while the staff were just as lovely, the outcome was a bit disappointing. I can say with confidence that I’ve had balayage done for many years, and I know when something isn’t quite right. Unfortunately, there are uneven patches and visible marks throughout the length of my hair, which indicate that the technique used didn’t quite achieve a smooth, blended look. I still appreciate the warmth and care of the team, and I would definitely recommend them for cuts and styling. But when it comes to color, particularly balayage, I’d suggest a bit more attention to technique to ensure a more seamless result.

   I come for hair donation as they works with Little Princess Trust and offer free hair cut if donate more than 12 inch hair. Despite of free hair cut, they've demonstrated professional and excellent service, especially Katrina and Bella. I was served tea and biscuit, and Bella gave me a nice hair wash and hair massage. I have long hair but Katrina and Bella worked really hard to make sure the hair are tied nicely for the donation. After cutting the hair, Katrina gave me a nice hair cut and even styling. I can't believe it's all free of charge with all the great services that I had! Overall it's a really good experience, all the staff are very friendly and supportive on working on this charity event. I would highly recommend for a nice haircut.

   Super happy with this salon. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Great advice given from the stylist and I loved my cut and blow dry. Also the shampooist did a great relaxing shampoo.

   Just had Sophia fix the colour in my hair after a bad experience at another salon. She was great and really listened to what I wanted and it came out amazing, so happy! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and I found the salon to be very clean, modern and professional!

   I would highly recommend Jodie and her team at Hair Academy in Weybridge! Such fantastic and friendly service right from the consultation to the end product. So helpful and gave such great advice, they really took great care of my daughter and gave her the style and colour she was looking for and all at a really reasonable price! We will definitely be going back.

   Having full on neglected my hair for at least a year i was a little anxious about finally seeing a salon. The staff at academy are all really kind and helpful and the salon itself is also a really nice environment to relax in. Sophia who did my cut was really professional and helped me figure out what I wanted to do with hair. It now feels super healthy and I have already been getting compliments. Very much looking forward to my next appointment!
