   Honestly best customer service I have ever received from a beautician in my whole entire life. This amazing lady goes above and beyond to make time for you and is so kind and understanding. She is also very skilled and talented in what she does so you can rest assured that you're in safe hands. I absolutely love the way she does my lashes and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She will listens to what you want and will take her time to make sure they look perfect, rather than rushing through it like others do. She's the best, I cannot recommend her enough. 10/10

   I can’t say enough good things about Vinnie Lash Lounge! I reached out last minute before my maternity shoot, and Vinnie was kind enough to fit me in, even with her busy schedule. I told her I didn’t want that heavy, caterpillar look stuck to my eyes, and she completely understood. She made sure my lashes looked soft, natural, and elegant — exactly what I had envisioned. Vinnie was incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate throughout the whole process. Being 8 months pregnant with twins, I was worried about being uncomfortable during the appointment, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed and at ease. Her gentle approach and warm personality made such a difference. A few lashes did fall out a bit sooner than expected (likely from sleeping on my side so much due to the pregnancy), but when I reached out, Vinnie didn’t hesitate to invite me back in for a quick fill — completely free of charge. She wanted to make sure I had beautiful lashes for the birth photos, and it really showed how much she cares about her clients. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who’s truly passionate about their work and not just in it for the money. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but with a little patience, you can usually find a spot in the complex. Trust me — it’s worth it. I’m already booked to go back for an infill before our newborn twin photoshoot, because I know she’ll have me looking and feeling my best again. Highly recommend Vinnie Lash Lounge — she’s flexible with times and truly prioritizes making her clients happy.

   Absolutely wonderful ❤️ Vinnie made me feel very welcome, she answered all my questions and showed me the eyelashes she was using. I loved how soft the lashes were. I had classic lashes fitted and they look wonderful. It has been four days already and I only lost one eyelash. I would highly recommend Vinnie. She is friendly and professional. The lashes used are high quality and it was well worth what I paid. I am definitely returning.

   I have met Vinnie through an online search within my area. I felt guided to her contact details as I am spirit led. Vinnie was warm and welcoming from the very first telephone conversation. She was also flexible, patient and tailored a service second to none. The journey to Vinnie’s home was straight forward. I arrived in a gated private community where there is ample parking facilities. I rang Vinnie and she guided me to her home, and I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile. The ambiance within her home is peaceful and relaxing . I could sense we might have kindred spirits due to how peaceful she is. I was made to feel at home. Vinnie offer me hot or cold drinks and an opportunity to discuss how she could offer me a quality service to enhance my lashes. I view Vinnie as a expert professional that knows her craft. From the moment you lay on that lash bed, you could let go and trust that you’re in good hands. Before I knew it, I was off to dream land and within 90-120 minutes lashes were done to perfection. The quickest I have ever had my lashes done, mess free. I have had several treatments since, and every visit I felt healed and renewed leaving her home. It’s not about just lashes or the cost, it’s the whole experience of being genuinely looked after. I would recommend Vinnie for several reasons, but most of all it’s how I felt like a queen throughout the treatment. God bless you Vinnie and continue to bless others xx
