   I went to wax my upper lip and do my eyebrows. My eyebrows were done okay although really bad at the way of doing it. But left a scar a on my upper lip and peeled the bloody skin off. Horrible

   I wish i could have do zero star Worst service by ayesha I visited for haircut she just mess my hair not cut is seen god and only she knows which cut she did Just take money and not at all proffesional service I trust her but twice she did worst Once i thaught my hairs mistake but she dont know how to do She should have some training or else she should do the course I dont even know she is certified Wont go to this parlour anymore Not at all happy God bless you ayesha for just taking my hard work money

   Untrained staff, mannerless, First time i went there to get my fringes done, they messed up, again second time i went there to get my threading done and an untrained girl was doing it, she messed up my one eyebrow and then one other old woman sid my second eyebrow. They badly messes up my whole face, one eyebrow shape is going somewhere and other eyebrow somewhere else. They don’t even accepted their mistake and had a bad attitude. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

   I visited this salon for eyebrows waxing and Ayesha done a very nice job so I will go again. She did my brows how I wanted them. Staff was very caring and polite. Salon was also clean.

   Well the rating of the salon speaks for itself. My first time attending this salon, as I was in the area. Customer service is appalling! I would never go back there nor recommend it. Whilst doing my eyebrows the employee Aisha stopped doing my eyebrows half way to answer her mobile phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Whilst getting waxed by another employee. Aisha then takes my waxing lady out also rushing her to wax me to for her to lift boxes from the owners husband! I felt uncomfortable as now Aisha has to continue my waxing. Not only that ... the other employee opened the door to speak to each. (Bearing in mind I'm not wearing clothes and laying on the bed) Felt uncomfortable, not at ease. I was told "don't worry you are sweet we are all ladies" (Clearly they don't understand the point) What kind of customer service is this? Just to let you know customer service is key. I rather pay more to my salon in my area and get an amazing service than pay for a cheap price. I left feeling sh!t, uncomfortable and I will NEVER return. Wasted my money and time for a service that made me feel on edge. On the other hand, unhygienic salon, toilet was just hideous smelt like sewage. (Rubbish bin in there)
