   I just wanted to say how professional, caring and friendly this place was from the minute I walked inside. I came for waxing and I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Pulini. She was attentive, funny and made my whole experience pleasant. I didn’t realise how quick the time went and how right person can make the whole experience smoother. Now I’ve come here several time to do waxing with Pulini because I trust her and each time I come here it’s only getting better and better. Thank you Pulini for a job well done!

She really listened to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. You can tell she knows her stuff and is passionate about helping you look your best.    Pulini does outstanding work — I would highly recommend her. It’s genuinely one of the best and most precise manicures I’ve ever had, and her cuticle work is incredible. You’re truly in good hands with her for waxing, laser, and manicures. I cannot recommend her enough!

   Shocking service. I was cut due to the wax used which apparently was part of the £25 combo, I hope I'm not scarred. I was told this wax should be ok and when I asked what the difference was and how much the other one was I was told the pricing is upstairs... Bits of wax were left in my nostrils and hairs still not removed, hair still left on my face that needed waxing. Some bruising that has come down with applying some gel and ice at home but tbh no aftercare was given. It was my first time coming here, despite the staff being nice and welcoming the skills were lacking in completing the desired results and left with scars

   hydra facial was amazing! Sonal left my face feeling clean and so radiant. She got out so much oil and buildup. She showed me the water after the treatment and it was gross. My pores are black head free and the facial even made my dark sun spots lighter. She took before and after pictures and I could totally see the difference. I loved the facial mask and the neck and head massage was sooo relaxing!! It’s been a few hours and my skin is still so vibrant. The staff are so freindly. 100٪ recomend

   My local, beloved beauticians! Lovely decor and very close to Rayners Lane Station. Extremely helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and accommodating staff! Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies. They offer an ever expanding list of services:- Nails, waxing, threading, various massages, including head, non-surgical weight loss and face lifts. And there's a busy independent hairdresser in-house as well. All in all an excellent place!

   I used this salon twice.First for facial which was alright but body massage was poor complete waste of money and time. I have undergone body massage many places this was the worst one I ever experienced. My arms feet, neck and stomach was left unattended and on request the lady Pauline did quick feet massage. I requested for firm massage which was no where close and she had no idea of pressure points. She left me go worse, will never go for the body massage as sheer waste of money. Shruti

   I booked in for a Hydro facial and must say was absolutely delighted with the results ! Had my second one done there yesterday by a lovely lady and she knew what she was doing . Will be booking my third with them . Highly recommend this salon to anyone who is thinking of having a Hydro facial!
