   Worst pedicure in my life. Hygiene is awful. Cleaning of the machine is terrible. Towels are really old. Pedicure delivered is absolutely awful. Asked for luxury pedicure massage lasted less than 2 mins . Hygiene standards are terrible The salon is shabby and old .no ambience .

   I had a wonderful experience. I’m a very shy person, but I instantly felt comfortable and not judged. Meera (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was amazing. This was my first time properly getting my legs and armpits waxed after a terrible experience elsewhere, and it went so smoothly. She talked me through the whole process and kept me chatting about other things to distract me. I also had my feet done, which was such a treat. I felt truly valued as a customer and will definitely be coming back!

Today, Meera did an excellent job of neatening and balancing my naturally asymmetrical eyebrows, making them look clean and symmetrical.    I really like the staff here and the eyebrow lady Rita especially is really good. I'm just not so keen on the place. It's very quiet (there is no background noise ie music) feels like a library, and is very sterile. Personally, I want to go to a beauty parlour and talk to the staff about life which you can't do here as no one talks.
