   Had a 4D bonding scan today. Appointment at 11am the woman doing the sonogram took 10 mins into our appointment looking for the remote to turn on the TV and put in the information. Had my mum with me as she wanted to record and take pictures the whole way through the woman doing the sonogram just spoke over everything even the video my mum tried to take off the heartbeat. So something special was talked over. Got given a Usb with the pictures and the video of the heartbeat on as I returned home to check four pictures We're decent. The rest are all copies or pictures of my unborn child that were blurred and could have possibly been anything ( placenta ). The heartbeat videos on the USB was just an image of the waves of the heartbeat but would not play the sound, which says to me it's not been recorded at all. So all in all the woman that did the sonogram ruined my special moment by talking all the way through and I got given a USB with 40 images, 36 of which were not even clear pictures of my baby and two heartbeat videos that were just images of the waves of the heartbeat and not the actual sound.!!! The only good thing now was a lovely receptionist but the woman doing the sonogram. Let's just say if anyone goes there soon for a beautiful moment with your child, you need to tell the woman to keep her mouth closed all the way through!!! She kept talking to my belly like it was her child or if she was a member of the family singing to my stomach and other things like that, which just ruined the whole experience and made myself feel uncomfortable.

   I’ve visited this clinic multiple times across two pregnancies, and every experience has been fantastic. The staff are warm, reassuring, and really take their time to make each scan feel special. They also guessed the gender correctly for both of my babies, which made the whole experience even more exciting. The atmosphere is calm, the equipment is great, and I always leave feeling confident and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend them more for anyone looking for a reliable and personal private scan experience.

   We came to Bangor for our gender scan, it was a great experience. All the staff were warm and welcoming, this helped ease our minds as it was also a reassurance scan for us. Was great to see baby on the big screen. Have already booked to come again at a later date.

   Great scan service provided in a lovely building in Lindley Huddersfield. We had an early scan for peace of mind and today we had a 4d scan. We had Jayshri for both scans, she is a credit to the company and an absolute delight!! Makes the scan so much fun and an even happier experience!! Hassan on reception is super friendly and easy to talk to (congratulations on your baby girl) 5 stars all around. THANK YOU Ben & Pez

   Attended for an early dating scan. Receptionist was really nice, everything was on time. Sonography was also really nice, showed us the baby (8 weeks), showed us the heart, took measurements etc. Very good price for the service.

   Had a scan at 8 weeks and the service was absolutely INCREDIBLE. All staff was so friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt really relaxed throughout the scan. The clinic was super clean, spacious and had such a nice relaxing atmosphere! Would recommend here to all family and friends! Thank you all for such an amazing service again and again!
