   Twisted Sun definitely deserves five stars ! Young lady from the reception is smiling and kind, she always advises and helps. Hairdresser Paulina makes me always happy with my haircut. She’s skilled in her hands and is 100% professional at what she does. Sunbeds are always clean and bulbs replaced regularly. Belive me there is no better salon in the area ! I recommend and will be back for sure

   The nail technician did not do a good job on my nails. I kept telling her what I dont like and she wasnt really happy and was getting upset and angry about it. I still had to pay for a service which took half my evening up and didnt leave until 9pm and got there at 5:30pm. I would not recommend the nail technician here. They did not event give me a discount they want a straight full amount or not even said leave it dont pay what kind of customer service is this. I would not recommend to anyone and now I have horrible nails which I have to pay someone else to take off and redo them which is costing me a lot.

   Unbelievable! I called at the beginning of August to book an appointment on the 22nd of August for three people. I receive a phone call the day before the appointment to tell me that they have to cancel it and that they can make another appointment the next day to which I agreed but also enquired about the possibility of a discount. I then get another phone call the next day saying that there will not be any discount and that they cannot book me that day as it is already booked and that they don't have any appointments until 29th August. It is such a shame that this had to happen as I really looked forward to having my hair done there as I had a good previous experience. Such a shame.

   Friendly efficient staff who will advise you on use of sunbeds & a variety of other services on offer, wether you would like a trim or full restyle or a pedicure, manicure, eyebrow tint, the staff will send you out feeling a new woman! Well worth a visit to pick up a brochure for full list of whats on offer open 6 days a week closed on Sundays
