Would not recommend, very unprofessional staff. Went to get full body wax as my usual salon dint have appointments available on the same day, had to use them. One lady took me to a room with curtains on, after like 35 mins in the appointment another staff turns up, opens the curtains while i am in there and starts to chat to the lady who was waxing me, this experience has left me traumatised.

Such a great service from such a lovely person. I’ve had her both for a massage and for eyebrow threading.
I’m super picky with my eyebrows and she is the first person ever in London to have me leave happy as usually others would make my eyebrows too thin or just the wrong shape
The massage was amazing she was very gentle and respectful and kept checking on me throughout the massage to check what force I wanted and what pace

Waited for 1 hour and 30mins. And very rude service. The guy was rushing to do my nails and did not understand the meaning of refill. He did not bother to file it more down and told me I'm not going to explain any further. Please do not visit this store as they very rude and don't understand basic customer service skills.

I got waxed here years ago and absolutely hated it, service was awful.
Recently I decided to go back to get my nails done since my usual salon was incredibly busy. Henry did an excellent job. I've never been happier with my nails lol. I know this sounds like an exaggeration but he made sure the length and shape was perfect! Will definitely be getting my nails done from him from now on!

The owner lady of salon is evil hearted somewhat against every mom who has children.

AWFUL! In short, My nails are Lumpy, an awful unflattering shape and different sizes. The pictures of my nails were taken a minute after having them done.
I had the worst experience here.The shop was empty when I went in, yet the man still took 2 hours to do my nails. I initially only needed infills but I liked a specific design that would look best on stilettos. The man insisted he could do this design so I decided to get a fresh set. As the shop got busier he started to rush. He painted my nails and started to do the requested design on a few nails. They looked awful and nothing like what I wanted to I asked him to stop and do one colour as he was clearly rushing. Once he had painted my nails he told me they were dry and I could go. As I went to get money out of my bag I realised they we not dry and some had be ruined in doing this. He then redid those nails and blamed me although he had told me my nails were dry. At this point it had been two hours and I was fed up. I was then told my nails are dry and I could go. As soon as I stepped outside the shop to have a look at my nails, they were again not dry! it was a rushed job towards the end and my nails were all different sizes, lumpy, had Not dried properly and there were to many layers of polish. The bottoms layers of polish had not dried, only the top one. Went back into the shop which was now packed! and the man said I would have to wait 2 hours and then he would redo the colour for me however the unequal & lumpy nails would remain. Was also refused a refund.
