Had made a booking for a waxing a week ago for my partner and received a message 25 minutes before the booking that they could no longer accommodate the slot. I understand cancellations happen but was very disappointed it was at such late notice as I was unable to find alternative arrangements.

Although my stylist seemed a bit nervous, I've got a lovely cut that washes well and is easy to maintain. It's a novelty to find a stylist who doesn't get scissor happy and sticks to the brief. Hair products used seem very good quality. Good coffee too. Very friendly staff, many speak Italian, which adds to the atmosphere.
A wonderful experience every time. I have been going to this salon for about 2 years. It is a warm, friendly atmosphere with great stylists. Giuseppe, the manager, is a lovely person with excellent skills. The entire team always makes me feel welcome. And the blowdrys are the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this salon. Thanks team!
