   I had few waxing done by Sapna which I was content about. It wasn’t excellent but good job and she was local. I bought a package which I haven’t used all up. I was trying to book an appointment for weeks, trying to contact by phone, voicemail, email thinking she might be on holiday. Only when I went to the salon found out that she moved to Barnet. Since then I have not heard from her and clearly I am not able to use up my prepaid appointments. Quite disappointed to say the least, not for the few appointments left to use but having no response whatsoever.

   I used to get my eyelashes done here but unfortunately they came out under a week or two, tried to book but have been waiting around 3-4 months and unfortunately have had to look elsewhere, do not go here if you are looking for a consistent beautician!

   Sapna did a lovely job on my individual eyelash extensions. They looked wonderfully natural and gave my eyes beautiful definition. She was also very quick and completed the full set in under 30 minutes. HOWEVER it then became clear why she was able to do them so quickly.... she assured me they would last 3 weeks before needing infills and gave me advice on how to maintain them. I followed ALL her advice and absolutely treasured my new lashes. But after just 1 week they appeared patchy and after just 2 WEEKS they had completely gone apart from 1 or 2 on one eye (I looked ridiculous) I called her in the first week and explained what happened very politely to which she replied "What do you want me to do about it?" She then ignored my messages when I tried to book an appointment and as a result the lashes are gone and I'd need to pay for a full set again. In summary: lovely lashes but poor quality and even worse customer service.

   Excellent wax in record time abd virtually pain free with the Lycon wax! Had a try of very basic lashes and it looks like they are my own and not these huge falsh lashes the younger generation use.
