   I've been going to nab for almost a year and I've been a regular customer, I couldn't ask for a better salon. Nab and her sister Aisha are amazing always offering good hospitality. Nab is a wonderful hair stylist and beautician . The salons very clean and tidy and relaxing. I wouldn't strongly recommend Nab Beauty . The good thing is also it's female only which is really nice especially for us ladies . Well done Nab and Aisha keep ur amazing hardwork going .

   Nabilas Saloon is one of the most reliable in Hounslow area. The ladies are professional as well as proficient. Whenever I need hair cutting my first option is Nabz. They are very honest and transparent. Reasonable prices and know their work to standards. Clean and hygienic place and moreover they don't waste customer's time. They treat you as valuable customer. The owner Nabila is very approachable and does try to respond to queries honestly. I hope that, they maintain their standards and continue providing excellent services in the area. Absolutely commendable so proffessional and very easy going individuals. Treat you with respect and do listen to your concerns. I have added pictures for other customers to see the results. I highly recommend everyone to get it done if you ever require protein keratin treatment. The best Saloon in the Hounslow area.

   Best salon ever. Nab is amazing, she is polite , courteous and is a lovely lady. She really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to accommodate you. Honestly I’ve never known such an amazing beautician and trust me they are very hard to find. ( trust me I’m fussy and it takes a lot to impress me so this is definitely a positive)The service is great and everything I get done is great. You can also be honest with her and tell her anything and she will be so understanding about your treatment whereas others salons take it so personally and are very rude. I always tell everyone I go there and would definitely recommend. I must add one last point the best threading lady in west London and trust me I’ve been to loads of salons over the years and no one can beat Nab.

   Horrendous place run by one stylist who did my lash extensions whilst doing others hair. It was so bizarre she would stop putting on lashes while my eyes were closed and I could hear her blow drying someone else’s hair. I was also made to sit on a chair instead of a bed…for a lash extension!! Nightmare.

   Went there after purchasing a Groupon voucher for Brazilian or Hollywood wax. By definition, a Hollywood wax includes the backside but when the lady says she was done after only doing what I'd call a full Brazilian, I explained I wanted the buttox area as well. She said there would be a £5 surcharge. After she finished, I asked her to check with the salon owner if there wasn't a misunderstanding with the surcharge. I showed her the voucher and explained that what she did was a Hollywood, hence should be covered by the voucher. She called the owner who gave her own made up explanation of what a Brazilian and a Hollywood wax is. I sent her a screenshot to show the owner with the definition of a Hollywood wax but I still had to pay the surcharge. I asked to pay by card, the machine wasn't even plugged. The lady asked if I could pay cash, which I didn't have. She asked if I could try to get cash so I went to the convenience next door but there was no ATM. I return and say I can only pay by card. Another customer advised the lady that the nearest ATM was a bit far, yet she wanted me to go and get cash, which I refused. I was waiting for nearly 15 minutes while the lady and the owner (over the phone) tried to get the card machine ready. Observations: *They do not wear gloves to wax your intimate area, nor did I see the lady wash her hands before starting. *I cycled 10 minutes to get there and was probably a bit sweaty, yet the treated area was not wiped beforehand or powdered, which would have helped with the wax gripping. * after I got home I had to use an epilator to remove the remaining hair, but I was surprised that there wasn't way more left. I'd say the wax is good and the result would have been much better if the area had been cleaned and moist absorbed beforehand. * would I return? For the Groupon value I'd give it another chance and hope this review helps them improve their services and correct the false advertising. If I have to pay the listed price, I will go elsewhere. Edit following owner's response. I provide feedback, as I said I would, hence took photos of the price list. This does not change the fact the service advertised was not honoured. The voucher was for a Hollywood wax, yet you charge £5 extra for it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT it is called. Groupon reviews are likely fake as it did not allow me to review my experience there. Only a couple of reviews, none of which are recent.
