   From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Leah was an absolute gem—so welcoming! Then, the brilliant Julie went to work. I didn't just get a facial, I got a face reset button. Julie has hands of gold! I look like I actually sleep eight hours a night now (definitely a lie, but shhh). This place is pure magic! 5/5 stars. Writing this after my 3rd session. I met Ayisha in reception too she was super nice and helpful too.

   I’ve had 4 Elemis Biotec Pro Glow facials at The Cove Spa with Julie and I absolutely love them! Julie is amazing, the time is so relaxing and my skin looks so great after. I’ve really seen an improvement having the facials regularly and will continue to!

   Save your £40 and go elsewhere—this was honestly one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had, the end result was lumpy, uneven and the edges were not smooth with fluff stuck to it. They don’t have the proper equipment to remove old nail polish, and even the staff member (who was covering from Hitchin) admitted she gets her nails done at a “professional” nail salon. As if that wasn’t enough, just as my nails were nearly done, I was casually told the nail polish they used was four years old. You really can’t make this up. Avoid. Update - the GEL started peeling after just 3 days

   Had my spray tan done here last week and it came out lovely! I was streak-free and glowing! Charlotte was really friendly and reassuring (I was nervous as it was my first time) The manager Dani, was also very helpful and inviting. Will definitely be back!

   Have been coming to this salon for long time. All girls are fantastic, but particularly Leah on reception and my therapist Megan. Leah is always so welcoming and look after me, Megan does amazing lava shell massage and always take care of me and my needs. They go above and beyond. Would not go anywhere else. First class service.

Charlotte is incredible at massages and Megan is a perfectionist when it comes to nails. The manager Dani is so helpful, friendly and informative. This salon is a gem!Wouldn't go anywhere else.    Just had a facial here and was amazing! As I came in I was made to feel very welcome by Leah whilst waiting for my treatment as I came early, when my treatment was due Megan came and showed me through to the room, it was the best facial Ive ever had! EXTREMELY relaxing and answered any questions I had, came out feeling like a new person, would highly recommend!!
