   DISGUSTING!!! I have been trying to call, started at 8am as they always tell you to, new way to fool you is putting you through to 111, once all the appointments have been taken by the people who sit their arses at home, they let you ring, put you in a queue for an hour and half, only to say you're number 1 in the line and then drop the call! Not sure why we're paying taxes when we don't even get the effin treatment we need!!!! Have tried to change surgery but they are reluctant to support you with the process.

   One of the worse surgery in keighley or even West Yorkshire Receptionist are rude and stuck up The organisation of the place is appalling Patients are unable to book appointments or even ring the surgery because the receptionist have turned off the phones Would not advise anyone to register with this doctor surgery, I’m sure there are others which are 1000 times better

   I was recently referred to North Street from Ling House to see a nurse regarding my annual medical review. I had the great pleasure of being seen by Shanaz. She has a heart of gold, a great way of speaking, very knowledgeable without making you feel uneasy. She is very caring and a credit to her profession.

   Get spoken to nicely yeah it does take ages to get through but just have to understand they have so many calls at the same time. This is like with any other surgery. If you don't speak nicely they will definitely not speak nicely to you so just put yourself in their shoes they can only do so much.

   Haven't used the surgery since I was a child, was expecting a negative experience due to all the comments. However the member staff that picked up the phone were very helpful. Received my over the phone consultation within half an hour with an extremely lovely doctor and the electronic prescription was signed off straight away and was available to pick up my medication before lunchtime.
