All I will say to the owner of this business is that it is absolutely vital for any business person to operate with the correct approach and attitude towards their clients and retain some form of human dignity… it seems the business owner is solely and constantly focused on maximising her revenue without trying to enhance a better experience for her clients… a salon experience that is supposed to be relaxing and rejuvenating only ends up being a stressful experience every single time due to the extremely poor and rude attitude and approach.. almost condescending and intimidating.. Such a shame as the treatments and therapists have been wonderful but I will most definitely not be returning to face such unprofessional and immature mannerism again..
