   I recently had a keratin treatment done and I couldn't be happier with the results! Natalie and her team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'm usually not a fan of trimming my hair, but Natalie did it so well – it looked fresh and healthy without taking off too much, which I really appreciated. What made me even more nervous than the trim was the thought of what my family would say – they’re very honest and don’t hold back! But when I got home, my mum’s reaction said it all: “This is one of the best treatments you’ve had done.” That meant everything to me. Thank you, Natalie, for the amazing care and attention. You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer!

   Alex is a brilliant hairdresser and a great guy. I've been going to him for years, but moved abroad 6 years ago. I struggled to find a hairdresser that cut my hair as well as Alex did, so when I returned home at the end of last year, the first thing I did was book in for an appointment! Highly recommended.

   Was told one price over the phone by 2 different employees for a treatment, cut and style. When i went to pay, it was a different amount to what was agreed. I find this to be quite deceptive and felt like the manager/person i spoke to should have honoured our original price. They have lost a customer. And although all employees involved in the treatment/cut were lovely and i was very happy with the end result..the 'person in charge' ruined it with her dismissive behaviour. Unfortunately this could have been avoided if the manager saw that being honest would have served her well. I dont really like leaving bad reviews, esp about local businesses but i felt on this occasion it was necessary. Why tell people one price over the phone and change it when they are there? IF over the phone they said it will be around the price stated then id have swallowed it. This was not the case as she tried to insinuate. Not a very nice feeling to be left with after such good service from the rest of the team.
