   I visited this small beauty products shop to buy a gift. They had a decent range of skincare and makeup items, and the assistant helped me compare two brands which I appreciated. The store is quite compact and could do with a little more lighting to brighten some corners. Price-wise competitive for the size. I’d say it’s a good stop if you’re already in Hanwell and want something quick and pleasant rather than a big make-up haul.

   Amy was extremely arrogant to me on the phone. I booked online and the only hair stylist on the website available was Amy which is whom I selected. This is my first time ever booking and my first time I was going to visit this salon. In terms of my understanding, booking online meant that I would be having my hair done in the salon with the hairstylist selected on the website. Amy asked for my number via email, she then messaged me that she would not be able to go forward with the appointment as she fell ill. This is okay and very understandable. I did initially book my appointment for 10AM as that was what was available online but I received an email that it had been rescheduled to 1pm. Anyway, no problem. Amy suggested days that I could book instead which unfortunately are days I will be at work. I work for the Civil Service so my shifts can vary meaning I either start work early or late and they are very long hours. Cut the story short, just because I was not available on the days or time of day she suggested, she called and spoke to me with such arrogance and to be honest with so much spite. I did not do anything wrong and I was very much kind and calm towards Amy on text and call. Instead of being professional, she sounded very frustrated and angry. Mind you, I did not do anything wrong. I have never met her but because of this experience I will not be visiting the salon or booking with Amy again. It's a shame because I had such high hopes for Beauty Box, a salon I was looking forward to visiting for the first time and sharing with my friends and family. I hope no one ever has to go through such a callous phone call.

   I cannot thank Hana and Beauty Box enough for the service I received on Monday. The attentiveness and communication at the hair salon were exceptional. The staff really paid attention to my needs and preferences, making me feel valued and cared for throughout the entire service. Their communication was top-notch whilst I was receiving the treatment; they listened actively, provided clear explanations, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. It truly enhanced my overall experience and left me feeling well taken care of! I will definitely be a returning customer :)

   Fantastic service. Not only did Amy work bout to magic with my hair but she provided excellent costumer service and care. She went above and beyond and was very attentive and compassionate. The conversation, the work and the environment was amazing. I was comfortable and cozy & found what I hope to be my lifelong hairdresser. Would 100% recommend.

   I went to Beauty Box to have a wash, treatment, blowdry, straighten and trim. She managed to fit me in at the end of a long day and I was so grateful. My hair came out beautifully and Amy was very kind and didn't rush. She understood my scalp issues and gave me product recommendations. I felt great leaving the salon! I would suggest using heat protectant in future to preserve curly haired client's natural texture but other than that I was happy and will definitely come back (especially for the treatment)! Thanks again Amy.

   Beauty Box is fantastic! I got my knotless braids done by Amy who was very friendly, chatty and accommodating. Despite starting my hair in the afternoon, she finished my braids in record time which allowed me go home and not have to return the next day. Take into account that it took 6 and a half hours to do! My braids were beautifully done and will last me a long time. The salon is well done up and has an inviting atmosphere. The owner was there when I had my appointment and she was very welcoming, friendly and chatty too. If you want to get your hair done professionally and have a relaxing atmosphere too, then make sure you head over to Beauty Box!

   Amazing job and customer care from Amy! I came here for the first time apprehensive after another salon did a terrible job of fitting my hair extension. Amy calmed me and reassured me she would fix it. She worked a miracle! Amy took great care removing the extensions from my European hair, blended and re attached them perfectly! They looked so natural and it's the best they have ever looked. She advised me on scalp and hair care and was very caring. I can't thank her enough and highly recommend this salon. I'm happy to return as a new customer along with my daughter and friends.
