To be honest, this GP has been a really good option for me and my family. The doctors have always listened to me and they are willing to help. Waiting times for appointments are fine, and they also offer same-day appointments (when available, of course). My only issue is that I would like to be able to manage β request or cancel β appointments for myself and my children through the app, not only by phone or in person.

βI am relocating and marking my departure due to the profound decline in the quality of care at this practice. I wish to honor the memories of Dr. Taylor, Dr. Vaughan, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Chowdry, all of whom knew me by name, respected my history, and treated me as an individual person, not a file. βSadly, that personalized approach has completely vanished. My recent experience has deteriorated to the point where I feel completely dismissed, reduced to a "dodgy number," and effectively swept under the carpet. To be ignored and marginalized after a long relationship with a practice is personally humiliating and professionally unacceptable. This loss of basic human dignity and acknowledgment is the clear reason I am leaving to secure proper care elsewhere.

I tried to get an appointment to review my blood pressure, but unfortunately, it was impossible to do so. What a shame! It used to be a great practice when Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Hardy, and Dr. Taylor were working there. Very bad patient care.

Amber at reception has been extremely patient and helpful on multiple occasions when supporting my daughter β he always goes the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Dr Hankin has also been amazing, not only providing excellent care but also escalating my daughterβs case when 111 had given poor advice. I really appreciate the time and attention shown. The only area that could be improved is the phone system β the waiting time can be very long, and the call-back option is currently only offered to those at positions 9β10 in the queue. It would be so much better if this was available from around position 2β3, as itβs a great option for those who canβt sit listening to hold music for a long time.

After waiting over 6 weeks for my appointment, I was booked in with Dr Hannah sharma, I attended my appointment, the dr already had an idea of why I was there. As you have to tell the receptionist, anyway I explained my problem, she asked me the same 100 questions I get asked everytime I see a health professional regarding this condition. Then started telling me she didn't know enough about my condition to be able to do anything about my problem, I did cut her off and got upset trying explain how this latest spell was effecting me and my family. To then have her accuse me of being threatening. Im the least threatening person you could meet, if I had said what zi was thinking that could have been mistaken for threatening. Dr Hannah Sharma, hasn't got an ounce of compassion, she comes across like your wasting her time and on this occasion she was wasting both our time. It's like she doesn't want to be there, I left the doctors that day more emotional, deflated and anxious than when I went in. After speaking with a nurse from hospital regarding my problem and Dr Bolland contacting me at home my problem was resolved. I feel Dr Bolland went above and beyond and I thank her for that. Thinking my problem had been resolved and a plan was in place to move forward, I came home a few days later to a letter from the practice manager explaining/ telling me off because my conduct was less than satisfactory and the practice doesn't tolerate this kind of behaviour. A if this happens again well remove you from our surgery and will no longer treat you. Il also add that dr sharma is heartless and doesn't have the right skills to be a local gp. I wasn't given a right to reply to this letter the manager had taken her word as the truth and I was in the wrong. I will now at all costs avoid having any further consultation with Dr Sharma. Talk about giving someone a lecture when they needed a hug, then sticking the knife in!.

Wow, been with this practice 20 plus years and never have I experienced such disgraceful attitude from reception. Where are all those caring staff gone. I dealt with one today who was utterly rude, attitude stunk, I wouldn't employ them at a cattle market never mind gp surgery. Their advise is always go to a&e. Seems they are trying overload the hospital by not dealing with their own patients. Need a petition to get this surgery to care for patients an not treat them like dog dirt .Should be ashamed. Hope that witch bolland has been sacked!!

A very caring practice. Wonderful doctors and a very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable reception staff. I have always managed to access appointments when needed. The Call Back service now in operation when you telephone the surgery is just brilliant!

The worst surgery I have been signed up to. Only signed up a couple of months ago last year as moved back to the area. Used to be with spring hall surgery which were good. I called regarding gaining an inhaler as I am asthmatic two weeks ago, I was told by receptionist to call back at half 1 that day or 8:30am in morning next day to speak to GP. I tired both times and phone cut me off saying phone line is too busy. I had to go to A&E and spend 5hrs in there a few days later. They gave me an inhaler as I couldnβt breathe and said contact your GP so they can do a review and see which Inhalers I need to be prescribed. When I rang again recently itβs been over a week the receptionist said to me I am not asthmatic so you donβt get a review ??. When I explained I am and have been for many years she said oh itβs because youβre new to the practice so we havenβt checked your file. I was told I will receive a text with a form to fill in for the nurse to review if they can prescribe me an inhaler or if I need a face to face appt first. I never received the text and canβt get through to them. You will die coming here donβt waste your time sign up to any other GP surgery than this. Itβs all about money for this GP they sign people up but donβt care about they health!

Joined in August having moved into area. Couple of initial problems (I wasn't told I'd been registered, had to ask them for details to book apptmts online, then was told the portal doesn't work!), and often you have to book a callback to get an appointment, HOWEVER the reception team are normally friendly and helpful, as are the GPs and nurses I've seen so far. Much better than Rosegarth surgery, who never registered me despite having my details for months, and leave the phone off the hook.
