I hope that any official who is interested in this place contacts me. Because I am very upset with the receptionists’ treatment and lack of cooperation. I do not even follow up on the matter seriously. I do not strongly recommend this place and I will make sure to spread the word about this GB everywhere.

Ugh, it's so obvious how frustrated everyone is with the NHS, right? Especially GPs and A\&E. It's a nightmare trying to get seen, and then when you finally do, it's always, "Take some paracetamol and drink water," like we haven't tried that already! It's like they don't really listen or check things properly, which is super annoying, especially for mums who know their kids best. It's just that feeling of not being heard or helped that's the worst, you know?

Have used Holycroft for years. Recently more than normal. The nurse's are great and friendly, the doctors are also great against pressures. The days of seeing one doctor are over with a big practice which will triage your needs. One tip always use their website and fill in the form, if you can't they can help. I have had a reply with a appointment in 2 hours. They do their best for you.

Not been with the practice too long, but every time I’ve had to call up or receive a call the doctors and reception have been lovely. Never uninformed when waiting for next steps etc for care. As far as appointments etc go I’ve always been offered one with in 14 days or next day/same day if it’s serious or urgent. Happy to of registered here

Disgraceful behaviour exhibited by practice staff, who cut my wife off the phone (she herself is a GP!) when all she needed was a prescription. I’m find appalling the blatant disregard for patients and callous disrespect on display by the “triage” staff at reception. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

Where to start!!!! You can get through to make an appointment to save your life. If your lucky enough to get through to a doctor, they probably get your diagnosis wrong and you'll have to suffer. A 3rd world doctor would be better serving you.

Wow i avoid doctors surgery due to poor staff and appalling service and how you get treated in this surgery. Any after a long time due to poor health i thought id contact them to make an appointment. Waited for over and hour line got cut off. Tried again following day no answer again. Did a ring back service still no call. Since covid its got really bad this surgery. Modality have the contract for vaccines after doing a little research and asking someone who use to work their. They told me their focus is more on vaccinations as they get a fee per jab. Makes sense now why they are so bad. Nothing is about health anymore its all about money. I also found that complaining about this surgery males no difference either. Unfortunately either you have money for private treatment or just getting use to being unwell and using home remedies.

I've been with this doctors surgery for years and never had any major issues but in the last few months it is very difficult to reach the reception. I have finally figured out that it's best to request a call back in a phone queue which can take a few hours (hoping you don't miss the call back!) The website also seems to have changed and is difficult to navigate. I feel like the difficulties in trying to reach the surgery will defer people from visiting their GP. It is such a shame as the doctors in the practice have been really good!
