   I did my nails today here. They did the nails very well but the staff was not professional they were very rude and abrupt. They were fussed that we were new to the place and didn’t know what to get done. It is good to learn kindness on people who doesn’t know how to get done with their nails. The staff has 0 patience and I won’t recommend to anybody

   I have used Glam twice in the past couple of months. First for nail acrylic which was and excellent and quick service. After a few weeks later to take the acrylics off and do shellac polish only. The second service wasn't very good as it was a newer technician and the finish was poor. Overall though, I would still recommend Glam. The staff were polite and friendly.

   If you need your nails done, go see Tracy @Glam in Harrow. She is the best! I’m visiting UK for a few weeks from the U.S. and needed SNS fills. I made appointment for 10am, showed up on time, was seated by 10:10 and was out the door an hour later with pretty nails, with the right shape (almond). I travel a lot and this could of gone sideways but it didn’t because Tracy knows nails. Tracy gets 5 stars! The experience is 4 stars because the salon needs better chairs, is in need of upkeep and they have a Visa/MasterCard sign on window but they only take cash. I had to walk over to bank that was across the way. Don’t know what that fee is going to be for getting cash out in other country. :(
