   A professional salon for beauty treatments. A very relaxed atmosphere and experienced therapists. I enjoy coming back here. To update I had a manicure with polish and facial waxing. The therapist is very easy to chat to and very professional. Two days on and my manicure and polish is still perfect.

   I came here as a walk in for waxing and they didn't do a good job. I think it may be because the room is dimly lit? They should consider getting halogen lighting. I told the lady at the time I think you missed some, she said no. Not wanting a confrontation, I paid and left and had to go elsewhere to have the waxing done properly. Sadly will not be coming here again!

   I went in to have my gel polish removed, but my nails are actually painful now. She was filling my nails so hard I thought my nails were going to be ripped off. I usually get my nails done at top salons in Central London, but as I was off work for a while, I thought I'd try this place just to get them removed. I thought, how bad could it be? I wouldn't recommend this place. There are still bits of gel on my nails as well. Also, the lady had the cheek to ask me where my I had my nails done as they were so thickly applied(!) I dread to think how they apply their gel. It probably comes off in a couple of days. Definitely give this place a miss for nails.

   I had waxing here and i was amazed by the service i received. It was almost pain free waxing. I have been looking for a reliable salon for some time now and i guess i found it. The staff is very friendly. highly recommended.

   I have been visiting this salon for a long time and although have had issues with pedicure polish and waxing I’ve stayed loyal to local business. I will not be going back after today it was the final straw. A booked appointment has to be brought forward. Two ladies taking it in turns to wax as they were busy (hello, I had an appointment) and ridiculously overcharged without any apology. Avoid this salon at all costs.

   I had a horrible experience with this company. They charged me £27 with a £3 tip for a shellac manicure. After 3 days it was ruined and I also went to the shop and showed them my nails. when I asked for them to re do my chipped nails the manager told me I had to pay again to get them re done and over the phone she talked to me in a very bad manner and I have never been so offended by any customer service in my life ! I am very disappointed and will NEVER go to this salon again! They don't even deserve one star.
