I saw Karen who gave me a thorough examination and explanation for my broken collar bone and reassured me that it didn’t need further treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any future problems.
After recieving physio at another clinic last year i was skeptical to give another clinic a go. The slaithwaite center came highly recommended from numerous different people with back issues. Im so glad i gave it another go as they have been brilliant. I had an appointment straight away and was made to feel at ease and had everything explained. I had MRI results so Shane explained what my results ment in terms I understood, he has been great not only in the sessions but with advise to help navigate regular activities and work. Shane gave me a exersise plan to do and each session its revised and adapted. Since starting with Shane i have seem a massive improvement. Would 100% recommend.
Having not taken proper care of myself, after one run too many I turned to Sports Physio so no-one had to hear me moaning about the self inflicted injury I'd arrived at. Shane kindly took me on and has provided expert advice, tailoring exercises to get me running once again, but also to strengthen areas that will ensure a repeat is less likely. His considerate and friendly manner is a bonus, but the information and knowledge he is able to clearly impart is most welcome. Would 100% recommend.
