   Went during the day on a Monday. It was lovely and quiet, as you would expect. The cinema screen room was a comfortable temperature while it was 32 degrees outdoors. However, we queued for 15 to 20 minutes to try to buy snacks before the movie and gave up in the end. The queue was not long but the service was *extremely* slow. This is not the first time this has happened. Recommend that you bring your own snacks, as we will endeavour to do in future. Another point is that the volume of the film just seemed too high. I had over ear headphones which I wore, but my husband didn't have any and found it uncomfortably loud on his ears. Based on that, would also recommend ear protection, though perhaps Vue will lower the volume in future. Besides the snacks and volume, a positive experience.

   Went and visited today, sadly issues with booking on there website and unable to accept blue light discount in store made this visit VERY expensive! And definitely not worth returning. Staff were unhelpful and unsupportive with a genuine issue there end. Toilets were being fixed by an engineer, strip lights on the stairs were barely working causing potential trip hazard. No lilo and stitch merchandise at all not even a cut out or poster to take pictures which was disappointing!! Sadly won't be returning shame as use to be brilliant place.

   Visited Thursday to watch Pink Floyd live in Pompeii. Relatively quiet inside but clean and fully stocked. Unfortunately, the self-service Coca-Cola machine was down. Had a Tango Ice Blast (mixed flavour) instead. Toilets were in an acceptable state. Seats are always comfoy, and the sound was pretty good. This is the only cinema I go to and will continue for many more trips.

   Enjoyed our experience today in a very clean No2 screen. Shame they had no onions for the hot dog. But still enjoyed. The toilets were superbly clean and the aroma very good 10/10. I did mention this to the gentleman checking tickets.

   Facilities here are great, comfy seats, loved it. But... the queue for refreshments is sooo slow. Arrive well before the start time if you want to get snacks and watch the Film.

   Exhorbitant prices for food & drink - nearly £16.00 for 1 regular popcorn, 1 Coke and 1 Slush. £2.99 for 50cl bottle of water. Harrod's is cheaper! (Enjoyed Avatar though)
