   Absolutely awful experience, my facial was so bad, I left with a scar on my cheek and grit still all over my face. The place is a building site with dirt and dust everywhere. It's freezing cold also. My friend didn't get his hand massage that was booked so left before the next treatment. They still charged for 2 treatments even though he only had one. The photos on the website are NOT of this actual salon, staff were in their own clothes and not uniforms like the website shows. Worst salon experience I've ever had. The good reviews can't be genuine, I'm assuming they're from family and friends. The bad reviews all have the same reply from the salon saying they have no bookings in that name so I assume I'll get the same response. They should close down until the renovation works are completed.

   I am sorry to say this, I went with a lot of expectations, especially it was my first treatment I wished to do on my hair, since the salon was in Wembley and being an Indian I preferred an Indian salon where I can do with comfort hence I booked the appointment to do keratin treatment and haircut, I was super excited for the same, I travelled an hour and half to reach the place, just to get disappointed to see the salon totally disoriented and in complete dust.. I thought of even going back but since I had taken off and wasted money and time on travelling I thought of giving it a go, my first disappointment was if the salon was under renovation the staff could have politely mentioned it or refused taking appointments. The next concern was on things that was being used especially the towels to dry my hair, the comb, hair wash basin, all was in worst condition, the staff asked me to do nanoplasty instead of Brazilian keratin treatment as it would last long, my hair was completely dry dull in knots, I was in lots of expectation what the treatment would turn out to be. The staff did put a lot of efforts to remove the knots, she did charge me for the same, I was expecting a reduction in price because of the ambience and inconvenience I had to face in the salon, the most disaster is the result of treatment that they gave on my hair, I washed my hair after a week but just in one wash the little shine I had on my hair post treatment is completely gone, my hair is back to the similar texture I had before I did treatment, my hair doesn't look like a treated hair anymore, my friends my family all said the same, that I was fooled, it was my mistake I trusted, moreover the money is also wasted. I am extremely disappointed for the same.

   I came here to treat myself for my birthday and felt really pampered. Aarti did an amazing job with my hair, eyebrows, and nails. I loved the results and will definitely be back. The only thing that threw me off a little was that the salon looked quite different from the photos I saw online, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. That said, the service was great, and I felt very well taken care of.

   I had a great experience with Sobia who did my lash lift. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment and we had a lovely conversation throughout. She also gave me great tips on how to grow and look after my lashes. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back xx

   I had a wax with Mona and was so reassuring the entire way through. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. The hygiene and cleanliness in the salon was 10/10. I appreciate how welcoming it was and how friendly the staff are. I felt comfortable throughout and the service was perfect. I couldn't recommend this place more!
