Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to custom built a vivarium. Mark at the shop kept us updated throughout, really stellar work and great customer service.
Enjoyed my first visit here. Well stocked with supplies and pets of the scaly, fury and feathered variry. Staff friendly. I didn't purchase anything on this visit, but would return. Lovely to see the tortoises wandering around, which was quite a surprise!
Purchased a Leopard tortoise and vivarium. Guys in store were helpful and very informative. We returned a month later to upgrade the vivarium and exchange a faulty heater and there were no issues. They were just happy to help
Had a wonderful experience in the store. Ended up coming out with 2 very adorable male rats and full cage set up. Big thank you to Steph who helped us the whole time and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the animals.
This is how looks fishes from this shop, as always they will try to convince wrong water and etc. Even so water sample been tested by them. This is second time once fish dying. Total loss around. £100, so strongly advise to avoid this shop as it is most dodgy and disrespectful people. You have big branded shop where you can go and buy. Will not say a name but you can find easy. If you care about your time, money and nerves, avoid this shop.
This store is just WOW!! Absolutely amazing place, lay out & selection is mega. Theming throughout is spectacular, by far the best pet shop I have been in. Staff are very helpful once you ask for help. Bought my son a little baby Leopard Gecko for his birthday. Will 100% recommend this place and will be returning soon. Thank you
I visited this shop today to buy horsefield tortoise. Wide range of pets available. Lots of staff all busy cleaning the different enclosures. Staff were very friendly, and wasn't rushed into making a decision which baby tortoise I wanted. I had telephoned the shop the day before to enquire about the tortoises they had for sale. I was asked to provide proof of my tortoise set up before I would be sold a tortoise, which I personally think was a reasonable and responsible thing to ask. Having done my research and got everything set up before I bought a tortoise it didn't bother me. The tortoise I got is amazing, and has been eating and exploring all day, and isn't frightened at all of having his shell or head stroked. I would recommend anyone to pay this shop a visit. They are responsible sellers, and all their animals looked well cared for . I travelled over an hour to get there, but well worth it
Although this store was a significant drive for me it was certainly worth the trip. I intended to purchase a Pacman frog and they had everything I needed and more! Also the staff are very knowledgeable, Jane helped me with everything I needed and gave some great advise about the care of the amphibian. I have everything set up and it looks great! This place is a hidden gem 5/5
