   Beauty by Asha is my go-to place! I usually visit for threading, but this time I went in for a haircut—and I’m so glad I did. Maharshi did an amazing job and completely transformed my look. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and have received so many compliments already! Asha is such a wonderful person—always positive, welcoming, and warm. The whole experience felt comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Beauty by Asha for anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere!

   Hi I had a pedicure today and was a great one because of the relaxing treat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Pedicure Experience! I had such a relaxing and refreshing pedicure at this salon! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The technician took great care with every step — from the foot soak and exfoliation to the massage and polish. My feet feel incredibly soft and look amazing! Thank you.

   This is one of my favourite local salons. Maharshi did an amazing job in creating this bespoke look for me, with incredible ashy tones. He’s always friendly and gives expert advice. Bleaching can often take a strain on one’s hair, but I always leave the salon with the silkiest texture. Asha, as usual, is friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend going to Beauty by Asha for any of your hair related needs—and make sure you request a blow dry at the end, especially if you’re heading to a party!

   They ruined my hair. Literally bleached my hair and it went white. Was at the salon for 5 long hours only for the end result of my hair to be orange instead of blonde. It’s all patchy and not even one singular colour, and this was only a part of my hair. They charge so much despite the fact they give inadequate service! Ridiculous. Will never be coming back

   Terrible service!! I'm a bit delayed in writing this post but this experience was one I was particularly disappointed with and had to share. I had booked an appointment for a Shellac pedicure. I arrived on the day, there was a delay starting the pedicure after waiting for someone to become free. About an hour later almost at the end my foot hit the side of the sink and the nail polish had smeared on a few toes. That's when the employee realised she'd applied normal nail polish and had been trying to cure normal polish and not shellac polish. Instead of telling me, there was a quiet discussion between the employees. She came back, started removing it, and it wasn't until I asked what happened did she explain the mix up, I was running late and politely asked for it to be removed and let me leave, twice, I was told it'll be fixed quickly. She removed the polish on a a few toes and applied shellac on these. I asked why the rest hadn't been taken off and was assured the bottles had been mixed up half way. I asked again for her to make sure and I was assured they were now all shellac. Now 40mins later than I had intended I went home only to find the polish has smeared and the 'shellac' polish has started to peel off at the edges. I drove down the next day and asked if the polish could be removed and a refund issued. The manager agreed, but when I reached the til she refused a full refund, she was rude and disrespectful and told me I wasted the time of the employees and did not deserve the full refund. She did not consider the delay in starting and finishing which I did not complain about, the mistake of the application of polish, and the fact I had to drive back to remove the few toes that had the shellac applied. Eventually I was given full refund very reluctantly, at which point she told me she's never dealt with such a difficult customer. I was quite taken aback by this. I can say with complete confidence I will never be going back here, the customer service was terrible particularly from the owner. If anyone else is considering getting their nails done, I would think twice before going here.

   I had read a few google reviews about ‘Beauty by Asha’ so decided to give them a call to find out what their prices and services were. I was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist’s depth in knowledge and understanding of the various services that they provide. She spoke with confidence and pride about the services that they provided. I instantly got an appointment and went along to have a consultation regarding full head highlights, cut, blow dry and toner. Her advice was in keeping with what I wanted as opposed to other places that want to sell you something you don’t want! I went along today to get the hair done and what can I say… I wasn’t disappointed at all. The hair stylist, Celina, was incredibly knowledgeable about hair, its handling and treatment. She took her time to understand the hair, listen to her client’s needs and really kept me informed with each procedure that she was doing. It was honestly lovely witnessing a stylist that knows her craft and is equally passionate about it. The salon is also very clean, hygienic and above all has plenty of product and tools for hair styling. Cleanliness and the lack of it is something that I do see in many hair salons. It was refreshing to see that the floor upon entry was being cleaned properly, hair was being swept away efficiently and the tools used were sanitised. I would highly recommend this hair and beauty salon to anyone who wants quality care with reasonable prices. The staff here treat their clients very well and genuinely care about their needs.    Had my nails done with shellac. Within a week the shellac is cracking. Never had this before with any shellac or gels. The polish seems to be very poor quality. Asked for full face threading. Was told that eyebrows wouldn’t be shaped. When I checked the following day, there were many hairs left on the sideburns and bottom of the face. Would not return. VERY disappointed with nails and threading.

   Everything about this salon is lovely , right from the owner -Asha , to the amazing staff members, to the fantastic service offered and last but not the least the positive vibes offered by this place. You would definitely feel like going back again and again. 1st service taken - Toner - charges £25 for long hair , which I thought was reasonable. I was happy that I got toner done to my hair because my hair were kind of looking gingery , which was result of maybe the previous colour fading. Celina applied a red toner and my hair looked super awesome. 2nd service taken - Keratin treatment - charges -£130 for long hair. It took almost 3-4 hrs for this treatment. I was instructed on the after care , hair products etc. I washed my hair after 3 days and the hair still were little frizzy, exactly behind the neck portion. I called up the salon to raise this issue And , Asha and her team were super supportive. They booked another appointment for me and did the treatment again. They also informed me about the reason behind the frizz.At night, if we happen to sleep on pillows that have satin covers ,resulting in sweaty head and hair would affect the keratin treatment and would result in frizzy hair ,near the neck portion. Asha and her team didn't play any blame game , instead they just put me in chair for redoing the treatment. Two staff members were working on my hair for nearly 3 hours. No questions asked. Asha said that at the end customer should be happy with the service. I was pleased with the afterwash result this time. I followed their instructions to the T, this time. Planning to go back again for hair colour , after a month or so. I would highly recommend this salon , thank you dear Asha and her team. Special thanks to Celina for doing the treatment and doing the feather cut , which looks lovely on me. Note - the cut was part of the treatment , which was a bonus.
