Never had any help whatsoever ever for our child the last few years and currently in another battle with them. Messing with and ruining young people's lives and they really do not listen. Will reassess my review dependant on the outcome but please research every avenue before coming here for help as chances are you won't get any. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Maybe stretched with workload but they make work for themselves instead of actually listening first time round. Lots of areas are stretched but we all still have a job to do, even the GP is lost for words and has tried to help but they won't even listen to them. We were told to go private for help and even after we have they still won't treat as urgent and we need urgent help. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Many years ago (early to mid 2000s) was failed incredibly badly by these services aswell as local social services... I have always wondered if I literally have legal grounds to take them to court but I don't really feel to sue the NHS.. however thinking back on the whole situation it is truly beggars belief
