This was the last time I shop here! I have made hundreds of purchases totalling many thousands of pounds here (and their farnworth store whilst it was open) over the last decade. Nowhere have I received such atrocious customer service in a very very long time!! Despite being one of my cheaper purchases from them I bought a PC tower last Saturday which was faulty and Blue screening very frequently. When I took it back today I was told from the second I went in "if I can't see the fault I can't do anything" before he even turned it on. I showed him a video of the fault that I had recorded and a photo of the failed RAM test (I had even diagnosed the fault for them) and after the PC started up the first time he said again he told me several more time that "he couldn't do anything" and expected me to walk away with a faulty machine, after essentially being called a LIAR. I said to try it a few times or run tests on it and he reluctantly restarted it but then walked away and when it bluescreened I pointed it out to him but he was too far away to get back in time. Because I had pointed it out to him and his monitor was loose on its bracket he then made accusations that I had hit the monitor, only then did the system restart again and bluescreen again, which it did at least 4 times that I saw whilst it was on their bench. It was fortunate that the fault was so frequent otherwise I would have had a right battle to get my money back. Just because a PC boots up is not indicative of there being no fault and an extensive hardware test can take hours to complete (e.g. like the HP diagnostics pictured) to verify there are no faults and even this doesn't find all faults (some faults like overheating, GPU faults require more specialist testing). If they are not capable of testing products properly they should not be selling them! Their it booted so take it away you liar attitude is testimony to their incompetence to test an item correctly and has left me with no faith in this store.
Absolute joke, I used too use these quite often, but lately all they do is lowball you bad, especially one of the workers there named Chris, he is arrogant and useless, the prices he gives are carboot sale prices, embarrassing
Went into the store yesterday to buy a last minute gift for my wife's birthday. It's been some time since I've been in the Bolton store and was pleasantly surprised by their range of well priced jewellery. Chris was of great assistance offering various suggestions and prices. Would highly recommend if you are looking for that special item. Excellent staff and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Excellent service from Danielle, she was very helpful and went the extra mile and assisted with locating the product. Very knowledgeble on the products and provided good price on the N Switch controllers, very happy to purchase. Would certainly recommend this store and amazing staff. Thank you.

Amazing, friendly staff who are down to earth and have a good laugh. Great prices for buyers, and a very good deal for sellers - we will always choose to exchange games with these folks now, they offer what I believe to be the best prices for sales of games in Bolton.
Travelled here to sell my bike as agreed over the phone, the guy claimed to not be able to tell the difference between older models of bike and ultimately could only offer me 300-400 for my 6month old still at RRP 1200 bike.
