   AVOID!!! go to a reputable vet and not this one. All they are interested in is your money. We took our beloved pet here and put our trust in the vet. He had surgery and died days after. He could not eat or drink due to the surgery in his mouth. When they could do no more we then had to take him to the hospital where they picked up on their mess they left him in. Tragically he died a few days after that. What unfolded in front of our eyes will haunt us forever. We made the biggest mistake ever. We took on what we thought was good advice and let them operate on him. We payed the ultimate price. We loved our boy dearly and wanted what we thought was the best. It wasn't the best it was pure greed from these so called vets.. They put him through two operations in less than three weeks apart. What vet does that. A good vet would of waited till your pet was fully recovered first!! All they did was put our boy through Hell and yes he did suffer. We cannot bring him back , but we can share our heartbreak. Our boy was fourteen years old. They did only what we can describe as a senseless act without any thought about the impact it would have on him so much so that he lost his life.

   Just used the self dog wash service absolutely shocking the pressure of the water is so low the water hardly dribbles out of the hose be better throwing cups of water over the dogs no shampoo either staff didn’t seem to bothered great experience

   The dog food was on offer so bought 2 bags. Easy to click and collect. Sadly wasn't told that price was possibly due to short date. Just 1 month to best before date.

   Really Poor customer service, the two ladies that were on the tills were more interested in carrying on with there personal conversation whilst I was trying to pay. A thankyou and goodbye would of been nice. Won't be using this store again.

   Great use the vets here and Lauren on the desk is super friendly and helpful. Sharon the vet really helped my cat and made Time for the extra care he needed. Hannah also really helped with my other cat. Both caring vets who didn't rush me and took time to explain things. Desk staff good at getting me in when more urgent circumstances

   Buying Fish. We needed help with fish choice and tank sizes etc. Dean was extremely helpful and friendly, he fully explained to us how to safely introduce fish to a new aquarium. Thank you so much for all your help over the last two days. The kids called one of the fish Dean! The store is well stocked and clean! It’s our go to store now for dog food/treats/toys and now fish!

   Horrible experience. The plan was to have two tiny gold fish for our new 40L fishtank. But customer service refused saying only one can be purchased as the fishtank we have not big enough for two fishes. When I objected saying why you keep in excess of 20 fishes in same size tank (enclosed image), we were told "this is a temperary place for them"! We had to provide all sort of personal information such as name, address, telephone and email address to buy a £3.50 fish! Anyhow the fish did not last a night after and interestingly I had a news letter email the next morning from Pets at home saying I did agree to receive such a communication! Just to add a note that we have experience of having fish tank and know how to keep and maintaing it. So the lost fish was not due to our neglignece etc. NOT RECOMMENDED in any way!
