I popped by today to have my gel nails removed the lady was very gentle and my nails feel great. I’ve also been for a pedicure here I would recommend this salon.

Lovely salon. They saw me at a moments notice as I was a drop in, Nails were perfect and all the girls were so lovely and helpful. Very clean salon with good pricing.
Really good quality shellac, I had my finger and toe nails done which lasted for weeks without chipping or peeling and they also maintained a nice shine. They also had a great selection of colours.
I’ve been a customer for a long time. There is a lovely young girl doing eyebrows, altough today I asked the main lady to shorten my nails, she refused because I was on the phone for 1 minute. there was no colour on them, so it was possible to do. she started shouting and didn’t allow me to come back for my eyebrows, very rude and impulsive person.
Great service, nice friendly staff. Went in for eyebrows and upper lip waxing and was very satisfied with the outcome. The cost is within normal range, paid £15. I did not need to book an appointment and waited just 5 minutes.
Been twice and place was empty. I have never had such short lasting period for shellac. My nails started breaking chipping off after 1weeks time. On a second week was very bad:(( Shellac makes nails last longer, but this was not a case. When I went back to the shop, I was told it depends on my health, how long it stay. It was never an issues before and I work on pc;)) I do not like complain, but this was not acceptable.
I had a terrible experience when paying for a shellac manicure. The service in itself was good and I liked my nails but be warned, be very clear about the money you hand over. I handed over £40 but the nail technician insisted I gave £30 so only gave me £4 change. I know I handed over £40 because the cash point up the road was only giving out £20 notes and £40 has come out of my bank account. The customer service at this point was pretty dismissive and made me feel like a liar. Next time, I will go to East Sheen nails on the Upper Richmond Road instead.
