   Not great. Sadly I had the keratin done on my hair texture and she didn’t use a good strength. She said she did this for 20 years+ but you can see the results here. The first picture is before and the two last pictures are after. After I have told her it has not been done well she’s refused a refund or a free service in return and won’t admit that the job was done badly. I didn’t want to write a bad review but it’s seriously the worst keratin job I’ve had done. I’ve had these treatments at least 4 times now and I’ve never had these result stay the same. Also constantly tried to make me pay more even thought it’s advertised on groupon at £47 + £15 for Afro/thicker hair. I brought this amount in cash but she kept asking me to pay more. I don't recommend this salon.

   Bought a Brazilian blow dry on wowcher for £50. The owner then wanted to charge me £50 extra when I got there. The clinic (room) should I say is small and filthy and so run down. Don’t buy from wowcher, it’s a con. You might as well get a blow dry at a nice clean salon and pay £100. Towels and walls are very dirty and in need of some major tlc. Don’t book to get there….. honestly!

   Farah did a terrific job on my Keratin blow dry. My hair is smooth and shiny. Also did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and got some sulphur free products at an excellent pricd to protect my hair. Definitely going back.

   Terrible work and customer service. The lady was rude to me; she was about 15 minutes late finishing her previous appointment and then asked me to open gel nail polish bottles to choose the colour. She then blamed me for us being even more late because I took a few minutes to open those bottles and choose a colour, as she didn't have any colour chart available. As we were already running late, she said she wouldn't be able to do both a manicure and a pedicure and asked me to choose one. I said in that case I didn't want either and asked for my money back, but she refused to do so (I had paid in advance). So, since I wasn't going to get my money back, I decided to stay. While she was doing my 'pedicure', I was filing my fingernails myself. After I finished filing my nails, she didn't even push back the cuticles and just started applying the base coat, colour, etc. You can see the result in the attached photos. The next day, I had to book a visit to another salon, got them removed, and had them done the proper way, which I was happy with. I effectively had to pay for the manicure twice. Save your money and go somewhere else straight away. I have no idea where all those good reviews came from.

   I had a back and shoulder massage and 30 minute facial with Sara. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel relaxed and at home straight away! The massage was great and I felt much more relaxed after and my skin looked amazing after my facial. Would highly recommend, more than worth the money I paid!

   This was my 1st visit to London Ladies Hair & Beauty clinic. The owner is personable and very informative. I went with a friend & we had full body & head massage as well as reflexology. Sara was my masseuse & she was amazing. I like deep massages and Sara hands gradually worked the tension out of my limbs & head. I left relaxed and we plan to go for our next massage in a month's time. Also plan to try other treatments as the clinic is local, they are reasonably priced.

   Took my elderly mother to the clinic and Farah was very accommodating and lovely. She managed to get both our gel manicures and pedicures done beautifully whilst also starting a perm on another lady and directing in massage clients, additions to this she cut my mums hair without booking to do that and she did it perfectly she was very happy with her layers. All of this in under 1.5 hour. Love my nails and thank you for the great atmosphere, I felt very welcomed and at home.

   Book Directly for the best price. Managed to get the afternoon off work before my flight. After calling multiple places Farah gave me an appointment. There were a few surcharges to upgrade treatment (but this was in the small print on groupon too). My nails came out really nicely and I was pleased with the service. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend supporting a small business especially after Covid. I'll be back for future treatments. - review posted late I attended in May.
