   Yesterday I got my hair cut by matteo and I asked for a trim I said very clearly I didn’t want much off and I didn’t like my layers much and and have been growing them out for years but instead of listening to my request he cut them so short and there and strands of uneven pieces it is one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten and i genuinely don’t know what to do

   I LOVE Jo's hair extensions. I have very fine hair, but for the last fifteen years I have been coming to Jo for extensions. They have transformed the hairstyles I can achieve. They work with whatever length of hair - I've had them very long and now have a short bob, but they work equally well by giving volume and body. The extensions and look and feel natural, are easy to look after and do not fall out. I'm a total fan!

   They sourced my details from somewhere and then bombarded me with texts. I have had a shaved head for about ten years. Even when i had male pattern baldness it was easier to cut it myself. I would never have gone there. They said i was on the system, but could not tell me when i visited. They displayed zero humility and empathy throughout and then hung up.

   I took an appointment over the phone for Keratin treatment, informed them that I have Afro hair..they said they even have something stronger than Keratine and when arrived I was told they don’t have the service!!!
