   I had to write a review about my recent visit to this store because it was honestly amazing, I was served by Judy who has great knowledge about pet welfare, dietary requirements and understood how much of a minefield it can be when feeding your dogs raw! She took so much time to explain to me the process and what it is they need! I have Boston Terrier that is sensitive to something I am feeding her, thanks to Judy she advised some different foods to try and that I buy a home testing kit which will give me results in a few days with what my dog could be sensitive to. She really took the time to go into detail about different foods to try, and what was in them! I will not shop anywhere else now, it was such a nice experience! (and my Boston LOVED the lamb Albion food) Highly recommend!

   Great little dog deli in Chorlton! I went to get a few more treats for my puppy and the man running the store was incredibly helpful and informative. He helped me pick a couple of suitable options for him and talked me through how to store them properly / break them into bit and freeze them to make them last longer. Overall great experience and variety of options, and would definitely go back!

   We have been customers of Betty and Buch for almost 12 years. Our Newfoundland thrived on their food from puppy to senior and we credit his longevity and healthy life to their food. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable with a genuine love for dogs. They always seem to have something new and exciting on the deli (we highly recommend the liver jerky) We now have a New puppy and wouldn't dream of feeding her anything else..... We use their own kibble which is grain free and packed full of nutrients and high in protein but I know they stock lots of raw food if that's your preference. Having a puppy has pointed out how good their toy range is and after their advice we bought a puzzle feeder which our puppy is absolutely loving and has really slowed down her meals. Hands down the best dog shop in Manchester. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

   Our dog was chuffed with all the treats we got him! Very friendly chatty staff who clearly love dogs. Really well stocked with lots of fun treats... Just thought I'd attach a picture of my dog sleeping on the tube as I forgot to take a pic of the actual shop!

   Subscription cancelled. I’ve been ordering for a while with Betty and Butch to have a subscription each month. A mix of the pick and mix treats along with the meze box. The Meze Box has hugely declined in quality and now has become a sausage based box with minimal selection. It’s not worth £20 and it’s a shame as the selection originally was great. The size of the box has also decreased with less and less treats arriving. For some reason the October one is Halloween themed but this is just more sausages in plastic packages. With the pick and mix items, if something was out of stock this would just be refunded and not an alternative provided. The Kangaroo Strips have been out of stock a while but why not send the same product in a different flavour. My most recent order arrived today with notes 2 items had been refunded as it’s no longer stocked - but why not provide something different. When spending close to £40 a month on treats. It’s disappointing when this value does not arrive without any warning. On speaking to the team it was advised to order a build your own box however this doesn’t help with wanting variation and why the Meze box was so great. Disappointing end to something which was really great and worked really well. I will say that the actual courier delivery of the items has been spot on and there wasn’t ever any delays with this or the frequency of the orders.

   Great deli and shop with a variety of things. Lots of good deli items like bones, ears and antlers. Also lots of good treats, bags of their own food and accessories. The shop assistant was lovely, and very helpful by explaining what things were and what would be best for my dog. Will definitely come back to get more treats for the dog.

   Excellent selection of natural treats, informative staff who are dog lovers and always friendly and helpful. You can take your dogs inside, they have a hand sanitizer upon entry and the staff wear PPE. LOVE THEM.
