Went in there with my friend to get our eyebrows done. I was completely ignored and only did my friend even though we both said we want our eyebrows done. Terrible customer service. The employee acted like she didn't really want to work. Very disappointed. Won't be coming here again as I felt very unwelcome.
When I went for a full face wax I was immediately sat down and told it was going to cost me £20. however, when I came to pay I was told it was £25 despite the fact of that pricing NOT being, 1. on the pricelist and 2. told to me the moment I had asked!! I was honestly SO disappointed by this and even more disappointed by their reasoning being that “it took them too long” to wax me, it took them only 25 minutes to wax and thread my entire face and neck. regardless, I paid for the services that THEY offered no matter how long it takes. It was extremely unprofessional and unfair to be pressured, I am appalled! DO BETTER.

I went in for a hair cut wash and blow dry, i had confirmed the price prior to coming and was charged double the amount. The excuse i was given was as i had asked for curls. but before she started the treatment i had asked her if it would cost extra to what she quoted and she said no! But when it came to payment she charged double the amount and argued to say it was for extra treatment i had no other treatment!! The worst blow dry treatment ever received this is the first place or first time I’ve had a treatment in a salon but definitely the worst treatment!!! Please save your money and go else where this lady will literally rob you and charge you however much she can.
Come here regularly to see my lovely who cuts and styles our hair so nicely.. great prices excellent customer service will recommend for a great pampering day. My daughters love their new hair cuts thank you Dazzling hair and beauty ❤️

Yesterday I went to Dazzling Hair and Beauty for get my facial it was a excellent experience as the staff were so professional, friendly and welcoming and environment was so clean. My skin feel so smooth, glow and hydrated. I would highly recommend this salon, and their prices are very reasonable.
I went here on last minute call. I saw a Groupon deal which she couldn't do shellac as one of the girls were not well. The lady who did my nails were lovely but charged 10 to. Remove my shellac and she barely did any good job with pedicure it was so fast she didn't even scrub or massage. Nail vanish was badly applied and she missed half of it very unprofessional. Their card machine didn't work and I had to get cash out too. Water was leaking from the ceiling near the electrical cables. Absolutely terrible place. She was nice but that's about it. She wasn't good at nails. Eye brows were okay nothing amazing. Would. NEVER GP BACK
