I haven't had a facial for years. This was way more than a facial - Preety described the whole process in advance and then talked through each part. Lots of wonderful unexpected extras - shoulder, neck, arms and head massage. I will definitely make this a more regular treat - it was magic.
Delightful atmosphere, Preety is excellent & my facial skin is silly & glowing as a result, while feeling wonderfully relaxed from a scalp massage she gave while the products were working on my skin
Absolutely lovely hour long massage from Preety. The couch was also heated which added to the relaxation and comfort.
All the staff are always so friendly, helpful and skilled! The spa is clean and welcoming and a relaxing place to be. I don't go anywhere else for spray tans and Tatjana gives amazing massages with pedicures x
I was given a gift certificate for Luminous for my birthday and enjoyed my first real facial and a great massage. I was hooked. Hannah was so good at her job and gave me some great insight into products that I can use in between facials. I felt like I was in great hands and have been back several times since. I'm a mum of 2 young kids and I'm glad to have found Luminous as it has helped me "get my pink back."
Today it was the third time I visited Luminis Chiswick and it was lovely once again. I had a hot stone massage with Shenade and it was divine. I have massages often and I’m not the easiest one to please. So this lady is top notch. The place is very nice, the rooms are set up in a relaxing atmosphere. They use high end quality products like Elemis which makes the experience even better. Prices are not too bad. The only thing I wish they had was fidelity packages or similar deals.

Further to my last review. I had my gel removed without having any further treatment or manicure. My nails are in such good condition. I’ve attached a picture.
Lovely and thoughtful staff. Deep Tissue Massage was really great. Had some particularly tricky knots in my back, good pressure and advice, and will definitely be back soon.
I had such an amazing experience at Luminis. I got gifted a Swedish 60 mns massage and it was so very nice. Everything was clean, the lady who did my massage was lovely and very mindful of my needs and preferences. A great time and I will definitely be back.
