Today I had my lashes done with Olga and was amazing. I had what I asked for and she was very nice and attentive. The place is clean and comfy. Would come back again for sure !
I cannot recommend this place enough... I have to thank Olga,the lovely owner for her kindness and professionalism. To wonderful Aaliyah the receptionist she is an absolute sweetheart. Answered all my questions and explained everything in a nice manner. And to Victoria who took care of me the entire session. Offered me the best hydrafacial I've ever had. Very gentle and attentive. The place it's comfy,clean and offers a vast range of treatments,all In one building,super convenient. Many thanks girls! You will see me much more often!

I have just read some of these reviews with astonishment. I have been going to see Olga at The Wellness Lounge for years now and I have NEVER had anything less than superb service. Olga is nail technician artist who is painstaking in the time she gives to her work. The results are always beautiful. She is full of brilliant ideas of what to do if I am undecided. Her eyelash tinting is also exceptional. Before I came to see Olga I used to think that my eyes would always sting a bit when I had an eyelash tint. Now I have to check that the dye is on because I feel no discomfort at all. And the tint seems to last for ages. I have had problems with my toe nails, which Olga has helped me with. She recommends now that I do not have a pedicure in the winter to give my nails time to recover - which shows that she is not just after my money. Olga really cares about her clients and I cannot recommend her enough - if she moves from Chiswick I will be moving too!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS (If I could give this place 0 starts I would) I booked a spray tan with this discriminating shop, when I arrived the lady kept me waiting outside for 10 minutes due to me be early. (She had no clients in at the time either and I was only 5 minutes early) when she finally let me looked me up and down and tutted and walked off to the back. further 10 minutes went by and then she finally came back and proceeded to ask what type of colour etc I wanted. She then toddle off to the back (again) where she called her manager because I was “fat” and said I needed to pay more money due to my size. Never in all my life have I ever heard of such thing. The manager on the phone said I needed to pay a additional £25 ( bearing in mind the spray tan cost £30) if I wanted treatment. I then said it’s discrimination and we went back and fourth for 15 minutes about her rudeness about my weight. When I asked about a refund she said she doesn’t not give refunds to people who have not turned up to their appointments (you could imagine my frustration by this point) I then left the salon with no spray tan or my money! This salon should be shut down and their employees to learn some manners and take a good look at themselves before they comment on other peoples appearances!
I love coming to Wellness Lounge, especially Olga, for my treatments - she is the embodiment of professionalism, friendliness and is a pleasure to spend time with when at the salon. I am a regular for shellac manicure and recently started to come in for eyebrow waxing and tint. I have also received an assessment on my skin and got recommended products specifically tailored to my needs which have radically improved my facial routine in the areas of concern in less than a month. I always get a ton of compliments on my manicure, I appreciate the neatness of how my nails are done every time and can 100% confirm that I have never met such a brilliant nail technician like Olga. Every time I leave I feel pampered, relaxed and ready to return. I will be booking an IPL and a facial with Wellness Lounge soon and cannot recommend them enough!
My appointment was cancelled via email 1h before. I was already on the way and only read it 20min before. You would think that a decent thing to do would be to call, if your appointment is being cancelled short notice. I still went there to check, as I thought maybe it's a mistake. The salon was actually closed. They didn't pick up the phone either. Will definitely not return.
I was a loyal client of this place but I stopped to go because I moved to a different neighbourhood. I wanted to go back because I was missing this place but before I booked an appointment I read some bad reviews and I was a little surprised about the bad reviews they have gotten in the last past year but now I understand why. The people I spoke to are absolutely rude and unprofessional, they just want your money and customer experience is zero. I don’t recommend this place. This place is all the opposite of a spa. No values and customer experience is the last thing for them. I think this place probably has changed ownership because it is not the place it used to be. Good luck if you booked this place!
